Q: I just made a purchase but the website shows an error. What should I do?

Answer: We're sorry you're experiencing this! Let's get it sorted out.

First, check if your payment actually went through:

  1. Look for a confirmation email in your inbox (check spam/junk folders too!)

  2. Check your bank or credit card statement for the charge

If your payment WAS processed: Good news — your order likely went through even if you saw an error on screen! This sometimes happens due to browser timeouts or connection issues. Here's what to do next:

Answer: This is a common issue with a few possible causes — let's figure it out!

Reason 1: You're logged into the wrong portal

Reason 2: Your account email doesn't match your purchase email

Your order is linked to the email address you used when purchasing. If you created an account with a different email, your order won't appear.

How to fix it:

  • Log out and create a new account using the exact email from your order confirmation

  • Or email us at [email protected] and we'll help link your order to your account

Reason 3: You haven't created an account yet (for custom products)

For New Destiny Movie or enVision Board Set, you need to create an account after purchasing at manifestmovies.com/create-account using the same email you purchased with.

Q: I bought the Genesis Series today but haven't received any follow-up. Is something wrong?

Answer: Let's check a few things!

First, check your email:

  1. Look in your inbox for an email from Manifest Movies

  2. Check your spam/junk folder — sometimes our emails end up there

  3. Search for "Manifest Movies" or "Genesis Series" in your email

If you find the confirmation email: Great! Follow the link to access your course, or go directly to portal.manifestmovies.com/login and log in with your purchase email.

If you don't see any email:

  • Verify the email address you used during checkout (any typos?)

  • Make sure the payment went through by checking your bank statement

Your course should be available immediately! The Genesis Series, Hemi-Sync® Genesis Series, and Mobile Mantras are all instant-access digital products. Once your payment is confirmed, you can log in and start watching right away.

  • Digital products (Genesis, Hemi-Sync® Genesis, Mobile Mantras): Should be available instantly after purchase

  • Custom products (New Destiny Movie, enVision Board Set): Delivered 7-14 business days after you complete your intake form

Step 4: For custom products — have you completed your intake form?

If you purchased the New Destiny Movie or enVision Board Set, you need to:

  1. Log in and complete your intake form

  2. Wait for delivery (7-14 business days after submission)

3. Account not created yet (custom products) For New Destiny Movie or enVision Board Set, you need to create an account at manifestmovies.com/create-account using your purchase email to link your order.

4. Custom product still in progress If you purchased a New Destiny Movie or enVision Board Set, your content won't appear until it's delivered (7-14 business days after completing your intake form).
